Please fill in the required information at the bottom of the page once you have carefully read over our 2019 STOCKIST INFORMATION.
We understand that retail is competitive. To help keep our products exclusive to your store we will provide only one stockist per town/area with our products.
Your exclusivity will be valid for 1 year, after which we ask you reapply. Stockists will be required to make a minimum amount of sales to maintain exclusivity – this will be dependant on your store location/area population and vary for each applicant.
Orders are to be paid upfront/before production begins. Payment plans are available on request for up to 30 days for orders over $1500.
Cut off point for cancellation is 2 weeks from order date.
A 30% cancellation fee will incur if cancellation is after production has begun.
Refunds on cancelled orders will be given as store credit.
Returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returned items must be in 100% saleable condition or a further 20% fee will incur.
Items on sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges and refunds will not be included in new orders unless using store credit from returned stock.
Orders are advised to be submitted 6-8 prior to when required (6-8 weeks turnaround time).
WHOLESALE RATE, PRICING AND DELIVERY
Wholesale rates are as below:
-> $1000 orders = 20% OFF RRP
$1000-$3000 = 30% OFF RRP
$3000 – $5000 = 35% OFF RRP + FREE SHIPPING
$5000 – $7000 = 40% OFF RRP + FREE SHIPPING
$7000 – $10000 = 50% OFF RRP + FREE SHIPPING
All stockists will be provided with Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and notified of any sales that are to be run from the official HAIKO & HUNA site, with notice. It is the stockists’ discretion if they wish to or not to participate in the sale on said stocked items.
Pricing products are also the stockists’ discretion but cannot be less than the RRP provided. Any discounted items are to be confirmed with Haiko & Huna before being advertised so.
Delivery cost of the ordered stock is at the stockists’ expense unless included in the stockist wholesale rate. Via Aus post. Haiko & Huna is NOT responsible for damaged goods in transit – this is an Australia Post issue.
CUSTOMER SALES AND RETURNS
Stockist is responsible for any damages or theft to products purchased from Haiko & Huna.
If a product is at fault by manufacturer error, Haiko & Huna will be responsible for replacement upon return of the original purchase in a saleable condition upon repair of the fault. Returns on these items are valid for 30 days from purchase date.
Agreements are valid for 12 months. Should the stockist wish to continue the agreement, a new application should be submitted.
A clear record of products sold along with variation colour/type should be provided to Haiko & Huna monthly. This helps us understand the popularity of our products in your area and give us an idea of what quantity of which products we need to be manufacturing and keeping in supply for our stockist.
Haiko & Huna will provide a minimum signage and promotional materials for in store display; addition signage or promotional materials can be requested at the stockists expense. Please contact us with any inquiries on this subject.
DISPLAY & STORAGE
Haiko & Huna products are all genuine leather and require a cool dry area to be displayed and stored – moisture and heat/sunlight will affect the leather and cause stains, fading and shrinkage.
